Mudyala Programs & Projects

Our Current Programs

Community Preschool Engagement Program

Through our Community Preschool Engagement Program, we work with families to identify and address any issues that inhibit their children’s attendance at preschool. We educate parents and carers about the importance of early childhood education and provide them relevant information. We support both children and parents during the transition to preschool, from child safety to helping them get enrolled at the right age for each child.

Aboriginal Children & Youth Program

Mudyala’s Aboriginal Children and Youth Program seeks to foster better early childhood development by facilitating connections between families, communities and schools. Through primary development programs, we support the successful entrance of students into secondary school with improved attendance rates and higher levels of educational success.

Rising Warrior Youth Football Program

The Rising Warriors program is run by the Mudyala Aboriginal Corporation with the support of the South Sydney Rabbitohs. It helps young boys stay physically and mentally healthy and fulfilled by using Rugby League to connect with them. This new program is designed to be flexible so that it can help our youth heal in their own way.

Yaegl Elders Aboriginal Corporation

Mudyala is excited to support the restablishment of the Yaegl Elders Aboriginal Corporation. Elders are welcome to join us for small gatherings across the Clarence Valley, with the aim of supporting community connectedness and reducing social isolation. Our Elders Gatherings include yarn up sessions, storytelling, dancing and exercise, with more activities to be planned.

Special Projects

Mudyala Aboriginal Corporation will collaborate with you to design a special project aimed at achieving your learning, cultural or community outcomes.
